Postage
FREE delivery on all orders over £35 other delivery charges as follows.
For all orders over £25 and below £35 delivery charge is £1.95.
For orders up to £25 delivery charge is £3.
Please note that if you have used a discount code then this comes off your purchase total and excludes delivery costs.
Delivery prices are for UK only.

Payments
Payments are accepted via PAYPAL, the easy, simple, & secure way to pay online.
If you are are registered with PAYPAL, payment can be made from your bank account, debit /credit card or funds that are held in your PAYPAL account.
You can also pay with your debit or credit card directly, without signing up to PayPal.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted except American Express.
Love My Socks holds no financial information about any of our customers.
Delivery
We will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours..
Orders are normally delivered in 5 working days (if you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us via our e-mail - hello@lovemysocks and we will track your order for you).
All orders are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery - no signature required.
All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by seasonal or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, though we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time.
Please note we do not operate on Bank and Public Holidays and therefore this will affect the time scale of orders placed
Here at Love My Socks, helping the environment is extremely important to us. The packaging we choose is simple. We do not box and wrap the socks as this just adds to waste that has to be thrown away. We send orders out in 100% degradable envelopes as this is kinder to the environment. Any excess packaging in the envelope will be that as sent out by the manufacturers of the relevant sock.
Returns
All online customers have a statutory right to cancel their order at any time up to 7 whole working days after receipt of the goods, we have extended that to 14 days. Please e-mail to confirm you are cancelling your order, then complete your returns as follows.
I don't like my purchase
If you don't like your purchase, then this can returned within the timescale above as long as the product is unworn and in all the original undamaged packaging. Please ensure that our Returns Form is enclosed and the goods packaged securely. Please ensure that you request a certificate of postage (free of charge from the post office) when sending your goods back to us.
The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Love My Socks premises at the below returns address (label attached).
Once received we will endeavour to refund the cost of the product to you via your original payment method with in 14 days. Only outbound postage will be refunded.
Faulty/damaged goods
If you receive faulty/damaged goods these must be reported within 14 days of receiving them.
If the socks have been worn, please ensure you wash them before returning to us. Please ensure that our Returns Form is enclosed and the goods packaged securely. Please ensure that you request a certificate of postage (free of charge from the post office) when sending your goods back to us.
The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Love My Socks premises at the below returns address (label attached).
Genuinely faulty merchandise will be credited in full for the item, as well as original and returns postage and packaging charges, via your original payment method within 14 days.
If the product appears to have been damaged maliciously or washed in the wrong manner, we will contact the manufacture directly to ask for their expert advice and inform you accordingly. If they confirm this is the case then no refund or exchange will be given.
